AEKU disposable range safety basics in Singapore (0.15 ohm dual mesh) (v2)
AEKU disposable range advice for Singapore, covering flavour notes, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.
Anyone who has compared aeku disposable range options in Singapore quickly learns that specification lists only tell part of the story. What surprised us most was how little the 0.8 Ω regular coil changes the draw character compared with the 20:80 PG/VG liquid sitting in the chamber.
The gap between a mid-range and a premium aeku disposable range narrows once you know which components you actually use. Materials are unremarkable on paper and feel reassuringly solid in the hand, with no flex in the body at all.
Comparing this against a 20:80 PG/VG setup shows the difference clearly: one favours flavour, the other favours volume. The 1.6 ml capacity is a genuinely useful middle ground: enough liquid for a long session without turning the device into a pocket problem. Expect roughly 852 full puffs from a charge at 20 mg/ml, based on average session length in our testing.
What surprised us most was how little the 0.8 Ω regular coil changes the draw character compared with the 20:80 PG/VG liquid sitting in the chamber. The Stealth Grey finish hides fingerprints far better than the gloss options, which matters more than it sounds on a device handled daily. Worth noting that the Q-Plus takes a small amount of care to keep clean, which we cover in the maintenance section below.
Airflow control on the Voopoo Drag is adjustable enough to move from a warm, restrained draw to something far more open without removing the tank. Vapour production is more than adequate at 150, and pushing beyond that adds heat rather than anything worth carrying. Materials are unremarkable on paper and feel reassuringly solid in the hand, with no flex in the body at all.
Build quality is the quiet differentiator here, with tight seams and a connector that has not loosened after repeated removal. Charging over Type-C fast charge takes about 85 from empty, and the pass-through means the device can be used while plugged in on the smaller batteries. Two things to check before ordering: the Type-C fast charge socket on the base and whether the 0.8 Ω regular coil is the newer generation.
The wide bore mouthpiece is comfortable over long sessions and resists the condensation that gathers on narrower tips. In Singapore, availability of the 0.8 Ω regular coil is the practical bottleneck, not the device itself. For nic salt users, the learning curve is shorter than the specification list suggests, and daily use is straightforward from the first charge.

Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Kiwi Lime: tangy, green, described as tart kiwi balanced by lime. On a 20:80 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 0.8 Ω regular mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Singapore
Availability in Singapore is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 0.8 Ω regular and the Type-C fast charge are both in stock before committing, and check that the Q-Plus matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and SGD rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
