AEKU disposable range safety basics in Singapore (2025) (v8)
AEKU disposable range advice for Singapore, covering maintenance routine, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.
Budget matters in Singapore, but with aeku disposable range the cheapest option is rarely the one that lasts. The included spare coils are useful for the first fortnight, after which you will be ordering your own.
We spent weeks putting aeku disposable range options through their paces so the recommendations here reflect real use. Materials are unremarkable on paper and feel reassuringly solid in the hand, with no flex in the body at all.
Charging over Micro-USB takes about 80 from empty, and the pass-through means the device can be used while plugged in on the smaller batteries. Two things to check before ordering: the Micro-USB socket on the base and whether the 0.15 Ω dual mesh coil is the newer generation. Battery behaviour is where the Deng SQ200 earns its keep: the 3000 mAh cell holds a usable charge for most of a day at 50 and recharges over Micro-USB.
For tank lovers, the learning curve is shorter than the specification list suggests, and daily use is straightforward from the first charge. If you take one thing from this page, make it the coil compatibility check. A device that needs a coil you cannot source locally becomes an expensive ornament within a month. The throat hit is noticeably firmer than a 20:80 PG/VG blend, so if you prefer a smoother draw, mix accordingly.
The included spare coils are useful for the first fortnight, after which you will be ordering your own. What surprised us most was how little the 0.15 Ω dual mesh coil changes the draw character compared with the 20:80 PG/VG liquid sitting in the chamber. The Lilac Mist finish hides fingerprints far better than the gloss options, which matters more than it sounds on a device handled daily.
Replacement coils are widely available, and the 0.15 Ω dual mesh coil is the sensible default to keep in stock. The build quality on Deng SQ200 is a step above most of what sits in the same price bracket, and the finish resists the chipping that usually shows after a few months of pocket carry. What surprised us most was how little the 0.15 Ω dual mesh coil changes the draw character compared with the 20:80 PG/VG liquid sitting in the chamber.

Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Cola Zero: sweet, fizzy, described as cola sweetness with a light fizz. On a 20:80 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 0.15 Ω dual mesh mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Singapore
Availability in Singapore is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 0.15 Ω dual mesh and the Micro-USB are both in stock before committing, and check that the magnetic contact matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and SGD rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
Availability shifts often, so check the current listing before committing to a large order.
